Policies
- We schedule appointments at specific times during the day. If you are unable to arrive at your scheduled appointment time or are going to be late, please let the clinic staff know this as soon as you can. Also because of potential for emergency situations, there may be times when a scheduled appointment may be delayed. We ask your cooperation and understanding during these times.
- If your pet is ill or believed to be contagious, please let the clinic staff know this. We may ask you to leave your pet in the car or may direct you right into an exam room while waiting for your appointment.
- For our patient’s protection, all animals must have current vaccinations before being admitted for any elective surgeries, such as spays, neuters, and dental cleanings.
- All pets must either be in a carrier or on a leash for their safety and the safety of our other patients.
- Payment is due as services are provided. A treatment plan is available for you during each visit.
- We accept: Cash, Checks (from established clients), Master Card, Visa, Discover, and Care Credit (which can be applied for on their website).
